ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage expectationsBuild and drive strategies around the recruiting lifecycle candidate generation, attraction, assessment, and closing and maintain an active pipeline of candidates across a variety of positionsUnderstand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability early on to profile people, gauge fit, and understand their motivation, rather than just focusing on selling and filling a roleDrive the right balance of recruiter and hiring manager accountability for effectively moving through the full recruitment cycleBuild and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship managementPartner with hiring managers to drive clear job descriptions and clear position requirements.Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the companyRepresent Chegg at internal and external recruiting eventsQualifications10+ years total progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting; strong experience recruiting for highly technical roles is needed; 5+ years in corporate recruiting environment.Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process managementExperience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationshipsStrong attention to detail and highly organizationAbility to communicate and present to all levels of leadershipWillingness to work flexible hours as neededATS experience (Jobvite is a plus)Sourcing Tools experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Connectifier, TalentBin, Gild, and Entelo is a plus)
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
