Job DescriptionConduct Product Training batchesEnsure maximum throughput for each batch with minimal attritionEnsure that Process training is delivered effectively within the stipulated timelinesMeet and exceed Client Metrics External & Internal Training Metrics should be consistently Green Drive/identify improvement areas in assigned areas/projects especially 0- 90 days performanceParticipate in calibration of Trainers, QAs and Voice Coaches within team and with TBU training team Analyses and report findings for Process Training batchesConduct refreshers basis TNA , publish and execute for 100% closure every monthMeet the training requirements of the BU basis TNADesign & develop training processes (TNI basis feedback and follow through) in consultation with the training teams Communicate with other Functions and ClientsProvide quality floor support, feedback, refresher and corrective trainingTrack and report improvementDevelop & implement a training calendar based on a robust training need analysisAs an ongoing practice, monitor & conduct deep dive analysis on areas of opportunities within the account and implement corrective actions, to help achieve desired resultsTo identify root causes of variances in metrics (if any)Desired SkillsAutomobile Industry knowledge is highly desirable.Excellent communications skills.-CAT Score of 5Exposure in customer care processes either in Voice / Emails will be an added advantageAnalytical Skills / Quantitative skills Data Handling / Data interpretationContinuous Process OrientationPlanning and Decision making Ability to prioritize & meet deadlinesSelf-motivated & Detail oriented Strong organizational skills and Presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure Time Management & Multi-taskingInterpersonal skills and Team workPeople Management skills Ability to drive initiatives to closureShould be willing to work in 24/7 shifts [Day and Night Shifts Rotational] with no fixed week offs.
