The Learning Execution Coordinator actively partners with the Learning Coordinators and the Learning Execution Specialists in the financial, reporting and procurement aspects of delivering Global learning programs. They will be fully responsible for managing purchase orders and vendor invoices and reporting for Global learning programs delivered by the NBS Learning CoE.Expert in understanding Procurement, Financial and Reporting processes and systems as they relate to delivering learning programs. Knowledgeable of the required systems in these areas in order to accomplish these tasks. Works in strong collaboration with Learning Coordinators, Learning Execution Specialists, Procurement, Finance, external partners and agencies and internal stakeholders and ensures a high quality service experience for the participants and trainers. Provides regular feedback on processes and systems, exception handling and customer feedback. Able to deal with high level of change and ambiguity without compromising the high standard of service and constantly looking for innovative solutions and improving on how we design, deliver and follow through on programs. Create and distribute financial reports for the Learning Partners/Coordinators on budgets and spend, report key figures such as number of participants, turnover, etc. for each program as required. Collaborate effectively with finance in x-charging the costs to the business, processing invoices from vendors for payment, filing relevant documentation in the local purchasing system including documents such as Confidentiality Agreements, Contracts and Quotes as received from vendors (including relevant details). Works with Learning Coordinators to search for appropriate seminar locations and hotels, agree on seminar fee and conditions with the respective providers. Constantly look for the best value proposal without compromising the learning experience and ensuring that we build synergies through consolidated buying and thoughtful negotiation in partnership with procurement.
