Major Accountabilities Full financial responsibility for project budget, return on investment, savings, productivity, vendor payments and ensuring project team output meets or exceeds assigned targets. He / she is responsible for project level customer relationship management for Medical, Commercial and Technical operations customers He / she is responsible for leading and mentoring the project team on best practice, understanding of PLS services and identification of internal collaboration opportunities (PLS & NBS) to meet organizational objectives He / she is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering the best cusotomer experience, quality of products and value to ensure highest recommendations and re-turn business. Directly responsible for driving CSat and NPS improvements for their customer group. He / she will follow a defined process to liaise with pre-identified customers to facilitate the development and deployment of sound learning solutions based on adult learning theory, appropriate di-dactic methods, experiential learning and digital technology. Displays excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills to engage employees in on-going learning. You will be required to apply solid instructional design methodology, including adult learning theory, interactive activities, and competency-based evaluations to ensure time spent in training is effective. Responsible for vendor management including selection from an approved list and oversee the chosen vendor using agreed global vendor management approaches to ensure appropriate use of resources to design and/or deliver training programs. Apply project management principles, processes, and tools to ensure timely and on budget delivery of training projects and clear communication with all involved partners. Manage localization and translation of materials across regions and countries in line with le-gal and compliance regulations. Develops, implements, and maintains evaluation strategies to measure and report on the effectiveness of training solutions (i.e. Kirkpatricks Levels 1-4, KPI and return on investment methodology). Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external partners, working collaboratively with them to achieve common goals and share knowledge and best practices. Key Performance IndicatorsFinancial and CSAT targets are met. Recognized as a valued partner by the customer and a strong project lead by the team.Learning Solutions are implemented on time and as agreed with stakeholders and measured by feedback on implementation according to the agreed metrics. Evaluation to agreed level is implemented and indicates effective training.
