The Project Specialist role is a key role in support of the Learning Project Manager (LPM) with support from the Learning Coordinator (LC) in order to deliver service excellence to our clients. The Project Specialist is responsible for the seamless delivery of key aspects of learning projects as defined by the LPM, including communication plans, preparing slide decks, logistics and planning for face to face learning events, evaluation strategies, virtual classroom support, use of industry-standard multimedia tools to create content, monitoring of project plans created by LPMs to ensure adherence, tracking and control of defined project budgets, and stakeholder management at appropriate levels. Successful implementation of key aspects of learning solutions as defined by the LPM, fully meeting expectations of business partners. Effectively collaborate with LPMs, learning team members, Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and customers to successfully implement relevant learning events. Assist with key approval processes required when organising face to face and virtual speaker events. Encourage, collect and summarize feedback on learning implementation from participants, trainers, vendors, customers, management and others to continuously ensure improved quality of learning events Work with metrics manager to devise and deliver evaluation strategies project by project, e.g. surveys, survey analysis, presentations of findings etc. Identification and formulation of communication plans across complex projects, ensuring the right information reaches the right audience, and is communicated clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner. Creation of presentations and slide decks to support project deliverables, e.g. classroom training presentations, project overviews, evaluation findings etc. Use industry-standard tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Prezi, PowToon, audio and video editors etc. to help create simple but effective eLearning independent of external vendor expertise Support optimization of the method of delivery for existing learning solutions, material and contents such as slides, e-learning modules as well as any other type of currently used learning technologies, based on the results of evaluation, spontaneous and formal, feedback from participants, management and other sources as well as a result of the yearly run portfolio review. Document and drive sharing of best practices and process improvement within the team and with partners and customers, and contribute to projects addressing continuous improvements on learning events related topics. Through expertise and experience sharing, actively support onboarding of new and development of team members as well as knowledge sharing within the team Act as first point of contact for Learning Specialists and coach on process and systems as required.
