Urgently looking for Leasing Executive.
Nationality : Pilipino female Preffered

Salary AED 4500 to 5000 Job Purpose The candidate is responsible for the sale, lease and transaction of real estate properties which may include rent, buy, or sell property for clients, study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts as well as conducting market analysis and valuation of units.

Duties and Job Responsibilities Sales and Marketing

• Promotes vacant space to prospective tenants and clients through leasing agents, advertising, or other methods to ensure near 100% occupancy;
• Appraises property values and monitors market conditions or trends in real estate properties to determine its competitive market price by conducting periodic market analysis;
• Negotiates all agreements and contracts for the purchase, lease, use and development of new locations and units;
• Prepares sales or other contracts and completes appropriate documents and forms;
• Reviews the accuracy of sales agreements or other transactions and generate appropriate reports;
• Acts as an intermediary in negotiations over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of transactions;
• Advises clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters of real estate properties;
• Target specific consumer/tenant segments and get feedback about possible improvements within the units; Education
• Any Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce preferably Management or other related course; Experience
• At least 2 years previous work experience in Real Estate;
• Experience in Sales and Marketing is preferred;
Specialized Knowledge
• Fluency in English language;
• Knowledge in dealing with different governmental authorities in UAE;
• Knowledge of Arabic language would be an advantage;
• Tawtheeq course; ERP system;
