Have working knowledge of civil procedureHave legal bill review management experienceAre passionate about improving the way legal services are delivered and managedLike the sound of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment for a quickly growing legalservices companyHave a legal background but prefer to focus on legal spend and operationsHave interest and experience delivering legal bill review servicesSpecifically you will beManage the daily operations of the 24 x 5 service centreServe as the main point of contact for client representative(s) and participate in governance modelCorrespond with outside providers, where approved to do so, to resolve bill inquiries and disputesParticipate in legal bill review process and tool continuous improvement effortsIdentify and monitor all KPIs and SLAs for the service lineDefine and document workflow processes, SOPs, metrics, and policiesServe as the point of escalation for issue resolution and queriesDrive efforts for data collection, analysis and reporting required to manage the operationManage employee lifecycle. (Including hiring, performance reviews, development, corrective actions, etc.)Manage staffing model ensure alignment with utilization requirementsActively mentor the assigned team to achieve set performance targets.Acquire and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the client's technical environment and service requirementsShould be involved in creating/managing Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities for the operationsDelegate effectively and create a succession planning for all the roles within the teamExperience3+ years relevant legal bill review management experience preferredExposure to electronic billing systems (i.e. Collaborati, AIMS, Serengeti, etc) and familiarity withlegal billingSkills for SuccessAbility to set and maintain high standards of professional serviceDetail oriented and analytical, always looking for ways to improve the processExtremely organized and capable of managing multiple projectsExcited to learn, grow, and not afraid to take on new responsibilitieElectronic billing systems knowledge (i.e. Collaborati, AIMS, Serengeti, etc) and familiarity with legal billing
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce) | BL/LLB

Experience: 3-8
