Understand customer complaints and grievances Liaison with various department for collection of facts pertaining to acomplaint/ grievance Investigate the case based on all the facts available and issue legalopinion on the same Documentation, drafting of replies for Ombudsman cases and Consumercourts. Represent the company for the Ombudsman hearingCandidate specifications Candidate should be a lawyer and a pass out from premier institute Should have experience of at least 2 3 years in the Legal dept. of anInsurance Industry Candidate need not necessarily have ombudsman background. Onlyexperience in the legal dept. (insurance) is sufficient. Even litigationetc. will be considered. Good interpersonal and relationship management skill Should have good decision making skill and professional judgment forjudging individual cases Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadline
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BL/LLB

Experience: 2-3
