Technical Support Engineer will be the primary point of contact for all assigned Accounts/Products/Tools.Diagnose and fix known technical problems for the given set of tools/products supported for the region or accounts.Communicate with customer Point-of-Contact/Partner as well as Cisco field team.Need to be flexible to work on other platforms than their area of expertise, open to learn new technologies.Need to be flexible with work timings (day shift).The support engineer will be working on cases of remedy ticketing systems and will resolve and monitor the cases.They will interact with cisco network engineers or partners (customer representatives of cisco) via calls or mails.The work would be revolving around Voice and Routing&Switching technologiesMandatoryUnix / Linux AdministrationCCNA Networking KnowledgeGood Communication Skills Written & OralGood to have Any scripting knowledge
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 4-8
