Job PurposeThe Local IT Team, part of the Global Network Service (GNS) team of Ubisoft, is responsible for the health and operational efficiency of the local studio IT environment, services and infrastructure. We are seeking a qualified, dependable and highly-motivated person who wants to take part in an ambitious and passionate team. Candidates must display excellent team spirit along with a strong sense of customer service. Ubisoft seeks devoted IT professional to offer an irreproachable service to users and game developers in the local studio.Responsibilities- Desktop support including workstation/laptop provisioning, software/hardware/network/account support, etc. Own the operational support of the IT environment in the studio (server, server room, networking equipment, etc.) Provide input and perform tasks as part of company-wide IT projects. Handle incidents/requests from end users and complete regular IT maintenance duties. Escalation management for complicated issues/requests. Co-work with other GNS domain teams and follow up efficiently. Drive change and strive to improve policies and processes in the studio. Maintain high level of satisfaction from end-users and global IT teams alike. Be the main contact point for coordination with other teams inside the company, such as Information Security, Asset Management, Purchase, Finance and other various HQ teams. Strong service attitude; builds lasting client relationships, strives for efficiency and effectivenessRequirements Minimum 3 years Hands-on experience with workstations, server room or small data center, networking and related hardware. Strong diagnosis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent customer relationship based on client oriented support and communication. Ability to communicate complex information to customer with technical or non-technical knowledge/background. Be able to stand on the business perspective, understand clients real needs, foresee the potential risk/problem, prepare the preventive plan accordingly in advance, and provide valuable suggestion to improve the productivity. In-depth understanding of the relationship between IT services and client requirements, as well as the criticality of maintaining strong connections between the respective teams within IT. Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Should have basic understanding of Windows server. Experience on Active Directory & Microsoft tools. Experience on Linux, will have added advantage. Good analytical skills; a structured and methodical approach
