Job Details

1. Verifying and managing DOWN order details with respective facility Customer Services contacts that interact with the dealer having the backorder (Model/Serial #, Firm Non-Cancellable (FNC) agreements, special shipping instructions, etc) 2. Building rapport and communicating on a regular basis with the appropriate facility and process partner contacts on order status and details while developing an understanding of expectations for a given dealer as best as possible.Hold periodic or as-needed meetings/calls with respective network customer services staff and expediting teams to address/clarify issues and questions and to stay current on ordering processes, part status and/or system updates.This may require some flexibility in hours to accommodate dealer discussions. 3. Engage Engineers, Product Groups or Technical resources for guidance as appropriateDevelop and document an understanding of machine models and related Product Group organizations and contacts for future referenceResearch and/or identify alternate solutions that might address DOWN situations such as alternate part numbers, upper levels, or component build-ups not listed in NPR 4. DOWN Analyst Goals include but are not limited toTimeliness to answer/respond or act on CID tickets, phone calls and emails.Effectiveness of interaction/communicationVolume of tickets workedLevel, initiative, relationships, and possibly other aspects with respect toengaging help to identify solutionsSupport as backup to other analystsOther as determined with supervisors QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSBachelor degree inEngineering/Science/Commerce with 3-5 years of experienceStrong Customer Focus with Excellent Communication Skills Written, Oral & Phone etiquetteAbility to multi-task and prioritize workExcellent keyboard and navigational skillsAttention to detail and timely follow up to dealer inquiries and process partner interactionPosition requires strong/good working knowledge of the service parts systems and processesTeam player with good analytical and problem solving skillsAdvanced MS-Office skills and good presentation skillsWilling to work in US/Europe shifts
