Getting In Mag offer sponsors both on sweepstake and assured giftsd. Getting partners for subscription led events and propertiese. Vetting and closing contracts pertaining to alliances f. Reaching out to bulk clients for subscription deals and follow throughB. Eventsa. Planning execution of the eventb. Arranging for all on field marketing elements required for executionc. Follow up & liaising with partners to ensure compliance on all partner deliverablesd. Tracking and analysis of events and traction derived e. Liaising with editorial for their inputs towards the subscription led eventsC. Campaignsa. Ideating and coming up with thoughts for campaignsb. Creative development and planning executionc. Managing the annual calendar and ensuring campaigns are launched as per schedulesd. Tracking and analysing campaign efficacy and learnings on campaignsD. MIS & Analysisa. Maintaining all MIS pertaining to campaigns & eventsb. Maintaining offer trackers c. Maintaining all complaints reaching CNI & escalated casesd. MIS for Digital product e. Sharing all reports on the above with stakeholdersE. Digital & Weba. Landscape mapping of digital publication products b. Product updates on the apps , and recommending pricing strategies for the samec. Updating of all subscription related offers on the corresponding websited. Recommending digital promotional activities and campaigns and working closely with the digital marketing team to take the activities through fruition e. Tracking and Monitoring digital activities for driving subscription numbersF. Vendor Acquisition & Managementa. Looking out for avenues to save costs by getting cost & efficient Vendorsb. Build and follow through on efficiencies with existing vendorsG. Relationship Managementa. Managing business/operational relationships with the followingi. Distributorsii. CRM agencyiii. Partnersiv. Vendors v. Event/ Subscription sponsor clientsb. Evaluating efficiencies and working towards getting the optimal productivity from partners.H. Creative & Communicationa.
