Assessments on down-selected targets o Deep-dives involving Detailed company analyses, assessment of financial metrics, operations, offerings to be able to take a call on overlap with HON and attractiveness to HON o Interloper Analyses o Conducting initial Strategic & Financial analysis - Attractiveness, Potential Synergies Assessment, Action ability, Accretion/Dilution Modeling o Preparation of Non-Binding decks, support during Due Diligence process o Case-studies for announced deals Identification and analysis of Potentially attractive industries o Preparing Growth Area/Country, Competitive and Market Landscapes Financial Models, Valuations, Options analysis o Develop basic financial valuation models including NPV, IRR, Accretion/Dilution Modeling, Gain/Loss calculations, etc. o Trading & Transaction Comparables o Build models and templates to continually better the status quo of activities Supporting active Acquisitions/Divestiture Deals o Assist Transaction Leader in preparation of various deal documents and presentations (teaser/CIM/Non-Binding Bids/Binding Bids etc.) o Data Room Management for assigned M&A projects Special Projects as per the request of Leadership Requests o Adjacent spaces study o Deep-dive on special situations Education MBA (Finance) from a reputed University Work Experience 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A Function)/Equity Research/Strategy Consulting/Corporate Finance/Corporate M&A Exposure to working on Global companies, markets and Industries U.S. & EU Experience will be a plus Individual Contributor role - individual responsibility and accountability on projects Excellent analytical mindset with demonstrated abilities to critically think and question status-quo and help develop better value options for the business Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using Financial databases (Including Excel modeling for these databases) such as FactSet/S&P Capital IQ/Bloomberg Experience with preparing executive reports and presentations (Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills) Experience in interacting and presenting materials to senior leadership. Demonstrated capability of dealing with virtual teams/clients/stakeholders. Interactions across multiple/international geographical regions a plus.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
