Main PurposeTo manage the outputs and service deliverables of the Retail Commercial Operation and Maintenance Contract in Makkah and to liaise closely with Operators to ensure delivery of FM outputs Provide technical support and management for FM Contractor Key Job ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver the outputs of the Retail Commercial Operation maintenance contract Manage the Retail Commercial maintenance contractor and sub contractors Ensure the contractors full compliance with all contract deliverables and service outputs Monitor and report on the contractor s performance against Key Performance Indicators KPI s and Service Level Agreements SLA s Ensure the contractors full compliance with operating procedures and all Health Safety procedures by way of audit review Provide support to FM team as when required to ensure all risks are properly managed Act as technical liaison between the operators and the Retail Commercial contractor ensuring that services are maintained to all facilities Liaise closely and report to local authorities and their appointed representatives Liaise closely with all stakeholders representatives Liaise with all external service providers and authorities ensuring compliance with all local legislation Perform line management duties to staff under your control Develop and manage all relevant Health and Safety processes and Permit to Work systems Adherence to all procedures and maintenance of the Quality Management System applied to the Infrastructure Contract Ensure continuous improvement and drive for innovationQualifications Skills Educated to minimum of degree level in Electrical or Mechanical DisciplineA minimum of 7 to 10 years at Operations Manager level within Building Services Industries or high level experience in Facilities Management contract hard soft services delivery At least 5 years experience managing the delivery of complex high value contracts within the maintenance industries Complete knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and local requirementsDemonstrable skills in dealing and working closely with internal and external customers and suppliers on complex and interrelated issues on an ongoing basis Fluent in English A competency level of computer literacy in the more common applicationsOpen Nationality Muslim
