Our client is now recruiting for an Electric Supervisor PV. You will be directly reporting to the Electric Engineer (Maintenance Manager)Plant ManagerJob Summary Responsible of carry out the maintenance task with a team of electric technicians, managing the preventive and corrective maintenance work orders and activities at the plant, following HSE procedures and practices, Operation and Maintenance manuals and good and safe industrial practices.The Electric supervisor will have a detail control of work orders, cleaning activities, maintenance reports, warehouse, and will supervise that all activities are carry out with quality and safetyRoles and ResponsibilitiesTo carry out the maintenance activities at the plant following procedures and OandM manualsTo follow the instructions of the Maintenance ManagerPlant ManagerTo make all the activities following HSE procedures.To record all the maintenance activities as per work orders instructionsTo provide Permit To Work associated with the work ordersControl the warehouse inventory and properly fill of spare parts transaction, make inventories of the warehouse following instructions of the supervisorsKeep control of the correct use and utilization of tools, machinery and components of the plantProvide support to the HSE Manager to implement and control all HSE procedures Supervise cleaning operationEscalate the need of subcontractor to develop maintenance activities, either under warranties or when maintenance team does not have the skills to develop the activitiesRepair communication problems Provide adequate support to carry out the internal audits in the plant.Assist to the training courses and obtain the adequate certifications Operate MV equipment after training and certificationLearn the necessary skill to supervise the operation of plant through the SCADA Help in preparation of reports as per supervisor instructionsGet the skills for utilization of tools and machineryFollow the HSE procedure the OandM procedure and the Manufacturer instructionsAssign tools and equipment to operators and Technicians

Requirements

Job SpecificationsDesired Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) Electronic or ElectricityPreferred Information Technology KnowledgeMinimum 10 Years in Operation and Maintenance.Minimum ExperienceMaintenance Experience in High Voltage Equipment Certification in HV OperationCertification in DCAC Photovoltaic Inverter Maintenance.2 years of experience in Maintenance of Power Plants in Electric Maintenance, DCAC inverters or PV TechnologyRequired Skills Awareness Occupational Health and Safety.PV Inverter Maintenance experienceOperation High Voltage EquipmentElectronic equipment repairOperation and Maintenance of PV PlantsWriting and speaking English skills.Computer knowledgeDriving licenseDesired certification Job specific skill Training Teamwork and cooperation.LV cable repair Electric Safety OSHAKnowledge of communication Industrial bus interface, ,Ethernet, RS485, Modbus.Work Condition Working conditions will be most of the time on the open side. Working will require the use of safety equipment. The job will be partially do it at night mainly in summer season.
