This position is responsible for coordination of Severity 1 major incidents within Ingersoll Rand IT managed services. This position will be part of a team that is staffed to provide 24x7 MIM support for Severity 1 incidents that are impacting Ingersoll Rand business operations. The coordinator will work closely with peers and customers to ensure Severity 1 incidents are addressed within agreed upon service levels, ensures appropriate technical resources are engaged and ensures Severity 1 incidents are worked to resolution.Responsibilities Coordinates Severity 1 incidents within agreed upon service levels and provides timely and effective MIM services to customersManage and maintain training document repository to ensure they are up to date, content is accurate and that all team members are aware of any changesIdentify training and process improvement opportunities and communicate those to the MIM leaderUpdate quality & performance metrics to support monthly executive level reportsEnsure Severity 1 incident communications are complete and sent out on agreed upon timeframesParticipates in the departments 7 X 24 on-call support rotation Ability to coordinate the activities of multiple teams to resolve major business impacting IT issuesAbility to convert complex technical issues into an executive communicationOther duties as assigned.
Degree: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science)

Experience: 4-7
