Key responsibilities include- Developing Digital Transformation assets in collaboration with Tieto Customer facing and Delivery teams to build Digital Services portfolio for particular industry vertical Building and maintaining Digital Transformation Pitch book 2.0 on an ongoing basis Conducting market research for opportunity identification, gap analysis and validation through internal stakeholders (Sales and Delivery teams) as well as external stakeholders (analysts, customers) for Digital Transformation services and solutions for specific industry verticals. Identifying prospects & leads and creating proactive business proposals, working with rainmakers to push proactive proposals to prospects. Working with Bid teams to help shape up large integrated bids in digital space Representing Tietos Digital Transformation Offerings, Whitepapers & POVs various in analysts forum, Industry forums and customer connect programs Internal Customer Focuso Leading the process to identify and evaluate internal digital assets, capabilities and strengths in order to position right solutions with right stakeholders within customer prospects.o Providing a single point of coordination and oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects for a particular industry verticalo Assessing external digital opportunities, competition and threats as key inputs to align/shape-up Digital Transformation services.o Working with internal entrepreneurs (e.g. Innovation team, Delivery teams) and Sales teams to identify disruptive opportunities in the Digital Spaceo Engaging Sales team/Rain makers in Digital offerings awareness sessions and being single point of contact for sales team on Digital offerings in particular industry vertical or geographic region. External Customer Focuso Leading and delivering consulting assignments to drive Digital Strategy and Transformation Initiatives within customer organizations.o Managing large Digital Transformations Programs for customerso Interacting with CXOs mainly, outside CIOs office to identify opportunities for Digital intervention and leading relevant propositions.o Working collaboratively with clients to develop integrated business and operating strategies and models that create rapid and sustainable value.o Helping clients envisioning their future, as well as aligning business and technology to create new possibilities, developing strategies and plans to achieve those possibilitieso Working with alliance partners in joint GTM planning as well as delivering solutions to customers in Digital spaceWe expect you to have Graduate and MBA with minimum 10 years of work experience and good understanding of value chains and macro-dynamics of any of these industry verticals Telecom, Media, Entertainment Manufacturing & AutomobileIn depth knowledge and understanding of capabilities, applicability, limitations and risks of emerging technologies e.g. Big Data & Analytics Cloud Computing Sensors Internet of Things (IoT) Wearables & Connected Devices Mobility & Apps Social Media Augmented Reality 3D printingGeneral awareness of various business as well as operational solutions and workflow solutions e.g. ERP CRM HRMS F&A
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
