Initiating and leading on research and data collection to understand targeted Telecom/Manufacturing organizations/ecosystem, identify opportunities, and bringing forth appropriate Value Proposition Identifying leads and creating proactive business proposals and presentations Organizing, leading and facilitating solution workshops Articulating Thought Leadership by presenting white papers & Point Of Views (PoVs) in Analysts forum, Industry forums and customer connect programs Participating in new solution/offerings development across domains, aggregating best practices for business enablementConsulting Delivery related Participating / leading in customer facing consulting activities Identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions Coaching and educating customers on industry trends, challenges and risk. Presenting findings and recommendations to clients in line with pre-defined client business objectives Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out Managing projects and programme with focus on client / stakeholder management Workign closely with Solution and Enterprise Architecture teams to align business and IT needsLeading and managing those within the team Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions Responsibility for overall delivery quality, Customer Satisfaction for an identified client base Account mining / growth across client domainsWe expect you to have Graduate with MBA and minimum 10 years of consulting work experience and good understanding of telecom/ Manufacturing business models, value chain(s), markets, key technology as well as business trends, challenges in emerging vis--vis mature markets etc.Good understanding/Certification of industry reference standards such as TMF Business Process Framework (BPF), Business Analysis, ITIL, SCM, NGOSS, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma etc.Good understanding of various business, technology as well as operational solutions in functional domains such as Customer Interaction management (CIM) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Order Management (COM/SOM) Product life-cycle Management/EPC OSS/Network Inventory Billing etc. Service Assurance etc.Understanding of key business processes across the value chain of telecom/Manufacturing industry vertical L2C (Lead to Cash or Service Fulfillment) T2R (Trouble to Resolve or Service Assurance) C2M (Concept to Market)
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
