Good understanding of project management standards and best practices. Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Good experience in Project Management (PM)Tools usage, such as Planning, Tracking, Time, Cost, Risk, Issues Good understanding of project management lifecycle. Extensively worked on Budget management & earned value management (EVM) Proven excellence in Risk Mangement and control Excellent proficiency in Project Management & Program Management. Should be Quick learner & proactively take ownership Apart from fixed routine responsibilities, staff needs to be quick enough to address the Adhoc /rush requests coming from the management / counterpart.Responsibilities + Duties Provide leadership in project management processes. Ensure successful transition of new activities and stabilize the deliverables. Support P3O (Project/ Program/ Portfolio) management and process compliance. Act as a guide and mentor to other team members Support in change management processes. Provide support to project managers in cost/ budget management and risk management and help them in successful deliveries. Support program and portfolio managers in budget management and performance management activities. Produce monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) of operational teams, for the client & the local management. Kick off Steer co support (Chair Routing Meeting), Project Closure support. Project analysis (PE contract, VCR, Milestones, Financials, Risks, Governance, Issue follow up, Client feedback). Prepare monthly reporting for project. Remind actions related to current project situation to be performed by PM. Monthly Report validation, follow up and approval. Provide support for scheduling activity for projects. Provide process and tools support & conduct Process and Tools training to Project teams. Support Portfolio Management activities (PPMO) & respective Line PPM. Management Information Systems (MIS) Report (BRM Pack) preparation at Portfolio & Sub Portfolio levels. Ensure each project is complied with PMLC guidelines. Support in tool simplification processes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Identify process gaps and work on process improvement areas
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
