Generating Revenue from existing and new clientsCross-functional interaction with the execution teams and monitor the execution of projectsMaintaining monthly MIS reports on own/ team sales performanceSales Funnel ManagementBillings, Collections and Debtor monitoringUpdate clients on new online marketing trendsManaging assigned sales team membersQualificationsCandidates having a Masters degree (or equivalent) in Communication / Advertising / Marketing will be preferred. Graduates in these disciplines will also be considered.Experience7-8 years of experience in business development / account planning / client servicing in a digital/advertising agency with at least the last 5 years in a digital agency / website development company. Those with experience in media companies or job portals would not be considered.Skills / AttributesShould have a passion for the Internet and should be regarded as an expert on Internet communications, have a passion for sales; a track record of meeting / exceeding revenue targets is essentialShould have a good understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Analytics etc.To understand client requirements and ideate on suitable solutionsUnderstanding of brand and / or corporate communication issuesShould have serviced large corporate organizationsComfortable with long working hours, especially under tight timelines. May involve short duration travel to nearby citiesExpected to build and manage their own sales teams.Should have the ability to multi-task under pressureFocused & constantly looking out for new clients as well as for new projects with existing clients
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
