Financial planning, analysis and budgetingInvolved in Long term operating and financial planning of the companyContinuous and detailed overview of salesconsolidation and generation of reports (actual and forecast).Plant level General Accounting including Vendor Reconciliation, Bills processing, GR-IR Clearing, General ledger scrutiny, ensuring proper booking of expenses and its analysis.Compliance of Income tax & TDS notices, Ensure proper entry in Tally, maintains fixed Asset register assisting in Revenue forecasting across all RBUs. Consolidation and reporting of revenue forecast VBU-wiseBased on the revenue forecast, preparing MCM presentations.Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems.Supervise payroll, billing, receivables, payables, cash receipts, cash disbursements, and general ledger functions.Monitor and follow-up on daily cash flows/Investments on the projects/sites/offices.Produce monthly financial statements including balance sheet, profit/loss statements, and accumulative general ledger using a computer-based accounting system.Ensure that all general ledger accounts are reconciled to subsidiary records on a monthly basis.Prepare monthly closing general ledger entries.Review reconciliations to ensure that they are prepared properly and follow-up on any unusual items.Excellent knowledge in handling Accounts and Finance Function in a Manufacturing environment.Should be able to handle Indirect Tax compliance i.e Service Tax, Reverse Charge & VAT.A team player who can work across various teams and, yet able to work independently;Ability to work under high pressure with positive working attitude.Possess an analytical mind with an eye for details;Self-driven, fast learner, high energy with the ability to understand the capabilities of existing business models/ processes/systems
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
