Job Details

To ensure maintenance of office buildings at world class standards through one of premier Building Maintenance Companies. To collaborate with Company s Landlords- (i) For various kinds of regulatory permissions (ii) Ensuring that Building & Engineering maintenance is carried out by Ameriprise and the Landlord in accordance with roles & responsibilities stated in the Lease Deed. To provide best-in-class transport experience to Ameriprise employees To lead efforts in implementation of Transport software To see through transition from Diesel vehicles to CNG cabs To see through transition of Adhoc cab arrangement to a Global vendor (eg Uber) To collaborate with Enterprise Procurement for various purchase related needs and with Corporate Security for security systems installed in the office premises On the spot reassessment of Transport situation in case of traffic disruptions to ensure continuity of business Responsible for clearing all import consignments, getting Custom Inspections done in collaboration with companys Clearing Agent Maintaining Bonded Goods register of the company along with back up documentation. Responsible for De-bonding of Goods as & when required.Responsibilities Assess the condition of the facility, equipment and office transportation provided to the employees. Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment and other systems in the building. Create a schedule of regular evaluation of the facilities and office transportation provided to the employees. Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities and office transportation provided to the employees. Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly. Create monitoring systems or programs in the institution to detect problems as early as possible. Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and Transportation. Develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities. Ensure the safety of the building or establishment from fire, flood and other hazards. Initiate an active campaign on safety measures in the building. Prepare pertinent records and reports for the safety service division of the institution. Recruiting facilities service staff and training them appropriately to ensure competent work output. Develop staff development programs such as skills enhancement trainings and sessions. Maintaining the efficiency and good working conditions of the facilities and Transportation provided to employees. Evaluate the work quality of his staff and other subordinates. Participate in preparing the budget and so that the facilities maintenance team will get the facilities maintenance team will have adequate funds for its operation. Educate the workers of the establishment on the proper use and care of its equipment and other facilities. Coordinate with the upper management on work issues.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
