Job SummaryThe role requires close interaction with all the Department Heads and large number of staff ensuring customer satisfaction of all internal users. To manage in a cost effective manner the offive building facilities, Facility management & maintenance, ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.Finalisation of service contracts.Housekeeping and Travel Services Management of leasing & rentals, procurement of office equipments, stationery, furniture, and liaison with various government agencies and suppliers will be an integral part of the role. Overseeing safety, Security and related statutory requirements shall also form part of the job. The ideal candidate should be from a Hospitality background
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
