Key Purpose of RoleClient Servicing Manager is responsible to support NBD Sales Team in servicing accounts. They play a critical role in satisfying clients and thus bringing repeat business. They are the primary point of contact for the company's clients and need to have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.Areas of Responsibility / TasksAll aspects of client servicing including on-boarding of clients, to giving them on-line demo / trainings, ID creation etc.Act as an Account Manager and reach out to the client 3 months in advance before the renewalSeek, process and execute client requests and product orders Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and resolve them. Redirect the queries to the Head Sales or product team for critical queries.Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launchedMaintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage etc.
Additional Degree: BBA/ BBM/ BBS

Experience: 6-11
