Job DescriptionTo strategize & spearhead the business development initiatives and broaden the spectrum of industries to sell the offerings.Undertake the P/L responsibility of the Business generated across the globe.Be responsible for making the final push to close prospective clients in the sales pipelineIdentify the scope of new opportunities with existing clients and target new prospective clients and follow close execution.Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.Close new business deals by coordinating requirements including RFI, RFP, Bid walk through; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.Manage client relationships in US onshore space through regular interactions, understanding client needs and adding value to client business.Prepare presentations, present value proposition & develop analytical reports.Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Maintain & track Market Intelligence.Discover new client base across different geographies and spanning varied industries.Converting prospective clients to deliver definitive revenues.Build long term relationships with broader set of client teams within the client organization to strengthen the overall relationship.Set and manage targets for growth of client accountsManage overall sales process and create metrics for sales funnel managementBuild strong bridge with delivery team to drive realization of sales targetsCreate and motivate a highly efficient team, thereby showcasing leadership competencies at various times in as required.Position RequirementsShould possess successful sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets with track record of generating significant revenue and creating a strong and professional sales organization.The individual hired into this role will be the Sales leader for the Engineering Design Service vertical of Magnasoft. The candidate is expected to have worked in Oil and Gas industry and bring significant domain knowledge and expertise of the processes within the sector as well as relationships with CXOs within the industry.He/she will take primary responsibility for significantly growing our revenues in the target industries by helping develop / refine our go-to market strategy and building a predictable pipeline of new business so as to generate repeatable and profitable revenues across the various service lines of Magnasoft focused on Engineering Design outsourcing services.International Experience in Engineering Design Service sales is preferred (US, Europe, Africa and Middle East).Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Entrepreneurial orientation with excellent Sales Skills.Good business acumen along with proposal making, contractual negotiations and customer relationship management skills.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skills.
