ProfileAct as a representative of the company for business development and client servicingGeneration of prospects data from various sourcesEmailing, cold calling, personal meeting with the prospectsPrepare and deliver presentations before the prospect/client/stakeholder explaining services offered by the company along with portfolio and strengthsPrepare quotations (if required, in consultation with the head) and send it to the prospect/clientManage project costs, budgets and client expectationsAnticipate and make recommendations for client needsBe exceptionally responsive to all client requestsCoordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & production/creative team to follow all steps to ensure project stays on trackWork with creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, ability to share & constantly learn new technologyCoordinate with the divisional head or person assigned by him/her for the project to ensure timely delivery of projects/assignmentsSales closure by collection of payment within agreed time after raising the invoiceCustomer relationship management and generation of repeat businessMaintaining the MIS of the projects and assignments as desired by the immediate superiorSkill SetThorough understanding of Sales and MarketingUnderstanding of various services in the advertising, branding and event areasExcellent negotiation skillsProficiency in presentations Preparation and delivery of presentationsProficient in written and spoken English - Excellent communication skillsProficient on standard software like MS office, operating system, Internet, email etc Experience5-7 years of experience in marketing and business developmentQualificationPost Graduate/ MBA degree holder, preferably in Marketing or Commerce
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
