Partner with shared services functional owners, onshore finance partners and business partners toCreate a culture which supports disciplined and systematic process management; data driven decision making; continuous improvement aligned with established strategy & objectivesCorporate Purchasing & Payables, Accounts Receivables, Financial Planning & Analysis Analysts of the various business units, Cost Accounting, General Ledger Accounting, and Treasury to increase internal process efficiencies and maximize the level of customer serviceIdentify projects and implement improvement initiatives using techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma that results in faster, better, cheaper servicesLead, coach, train and mentor teams in the use of Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma tools and processes; serving as a change agent assisting in solving high level and / or complex problems resulting in breakthrough levels of performance improvement.Train, coach and challenge process owners in the use of statistical tools; approaches and techniques to create process management and measurement systems and develop a Six Sigma mindset at all levelsTrain and mentor functional owners by providing guidance and direction as needed to ensure they are successful with implementing ideas to improve their functionEnsure effective control and adoption of improvements by local process owners. Lead efforts to implement process Control and Management process mapping, documentation, metrics, monitoring systems and process ownershipSupport the implementation / leverage best practices across to ensure process improvements are institutionalized throughout the businessMaintain project performance measures on a regular basis to report to leadership on project status as requiredDelivery significant financial benefits to the companyLeader of Change & Innovation challenges the status quo, effectively influences others (all levels of the organization) to embrace change, overcomes change resistance and seeks out outstanding ideas and implements them.Structured Problem-Solving skills and experience uses a systematic, disciplined and fact-based process that gets to root cause to solve problems, analyzed and improved processesHelp organization to monitor and achieve accuracy in services deliveredCross-Functional Team Leadership & Accountability excellent team facilitation / leadership skills. Creates results-oriented team, clarifies roles, responsibilities and objectives, motivates and sustains team members and other stakeholders.Quantitative Data Analysis aptitude enjoys working with numeric data, can synthe quantitative data to draw business conclusions.Desired Candidate ProfileCA, CPAor Masters Degree in Finance with 12 to 17 years of Finance & Accounting and Quality/Continuous Improvement related experienceMust have similar experience in a finance and accounting shared service environmentA minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in delivering continuous improvement benefitsExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills.Six Sigma Black Belt CertifiedPMP certified will be an added advantageKnowledge ofSOX, US GAAPand IFRSMust possess strong management, accounting and analytical skills in evaluating F&A operations, internal controls and proceduresStrongERP experience is preferred preferably Oracle R12Strong leadership skills to lead change through continuous improvement
