Job duties and responsibilitiesKEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCONTENT QC Carry out QC checks for all communication across proprietary digital platforms Ensure all information across these platforms is factually correct, consistent and updated at all points Carry out key content changes across these platforms Carry out content refreshment cycles at pre-defined intervalsCONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Lead the creation of business requirement document for Content Management System Ensure comprehensive and timely execution of the above Use the content management system to update content on an ongoing basisCROSS COE LIASIONING Liaison with various businesses and functions to carry out the above initiatives Work with various COEs internally to ensure timely executionASSETS HEALTH ANALYSIS Track performance of key asset metrics like downtime, loading time, usage, traffic and alikeKEY METRICSError free content representationW3C complianceUsage metrics and asset health KPIs Basic qualificationsESSENTIAL SKILLSUnderstanding of HTML 5 and CMS platformsAPTITUDESpeed and agilityStretchObsession for detailEXPERIENCE2-4 years experience. Previous experience in a web content management role in a technology company is a significant advantage
