Job duties and responsibilities Responsible for Collections digitization frame work (Payment collection through net banking) Responsible for centralized collection in Bucket 0, write off, Tenor lapse and Noncore portfolio Responsible for growth in contribution of Bucket 0 centralized collection to 25% Responsible for growth in contribution of write-off collection to 25% Managing strong relations with centralized vendors, creating a win-win situation for company as well as vendors Ensuring the Quality of Tele-calling is not compromised for the collection on the portfolio assigned (customer first approach to be followed) Responsible to adherence of collections code of conduct Responsible for the capturing of early warning fraud detection and reporting of the same for immediate action Ensuring strong focus on penal collection through centralization Ensuring the tight control on all the collection process (for eg, receipt book, Settlement closure etc)Basic qualifications Relevant Experience of 4 to 5 years of handling professional vendors (collections and customer service) Proficient in MS Excel and Advanced Excel Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Good communication skills & Negotiation Skills Demonstrated ability to lead from the front & excellent relationship skills. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
