Job duties and responsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for the below roles and responsibilities Collection analytics for customer segmentation Building strategies to improve business performance through Forecasting, simulations Design and build a robust collection analytics framework for company including designing collection decision enabling system from identifying to selection and optimising Identify and implement the suitable analytics solution for collections Develop and track performance of various collections models for effective execution of collection strategy on field Ensure Quality Information Gathering and Management Develop Efficient Information and Support Systems Develop Well-Defined Strategies for Collections of Delinquent Loans Segmentation Payment Alternatives Channel affinity Develop Well-Defined Strategies for Collections of Non Delinquent Loans Basis likely hood of the customer set Prediction and analysis of the prediction Champion challenger approach Data aggregation and meaningful insight of data using trend analysis / pattern analysis / predictive analysis Data Integration, Analysis and Interpretation for business to take appropriate actions for effectiveness Continuous reviewing of the existing analytics models and action for refinementOther Requirement Identifying areas of weaknesses, recommending solutions and supporting the collection team to achieve targets Analyse current business & collection trends and provide improvement solutions Run Champion Challenger strategy models to test efficacy of new strategies Take initiatives in developing ideal process & technology tools Basic qualificationsGraduate / Post Graduate with minimum 3- 4 years work experienceHands on experience in working on analytics and also various proficient in various analytics tools Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environmentShould have worked in BFSI sector
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
