Masters degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing preferred, but not requiredWhat you'll do . Help recruit great talent for the Community Experience team. Train and mentor your team for individual and collective growth . Set-up internal processes and systems to ensure efficient service delivery. Track key metrics around community experience (satisfaction, engagement, efficiency) . Assist community managers in handling escalated issues
