Work on all consumer insight projects for the brandBe involved in concept development led researchPlay an active role in strategic data based projects using BARC/TAM dataWork on long-term strategic initiatives for each showStructure processes of research input presentation in view with the brand architectureMonitor all competitive activity and report the market intelligence for internal decision makingCustomersFeedback of research output to the programming team for devising programming strategiesPlay a recommendatory role in identifying opportunities for content developmentQualifications/ RequirementsCandidate should have a minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in a Insights and/or Strategic Planning role in the television broadcasting space or research agency/ any other industry with extensive consumer insight mining workShould be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative dataShould be detail oriented with exceptional analytical skillsShould be very organized with a sense of goal achievementShould be proactive and show initiative to go beyond defined work deliverablesShould have a management degree from a recognized school
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
