Consumer (the 'eBay User') understanding and driving insights for the entire organisation on user profile and behaviour will be key. Strong analytical marketing orientation and tactical business sense, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data is a prerequisite. Translate findings into actionable customer insights into powerful marketing segments, programs and initiatives that drive transactions / GMV using the right combination of messages / channels / levers and relevant messaging. Champion product and experience changes to achieve CRM objectivesAccountabilities and Activities Business Value articulation of CRM Program CRM program design Key design considerations, structure, ROI, messagingPerformance Management Work with stakeholders to resource and implement effective CRM campaigns Measure ROI and articulate results to senior management Delivery of Repeat buyer, Retention rates, Cross category affinity and GMV targets. Fostering Loyalty to Increase the share of wallet of Top BuyersCRM Marketing function is responsible for marketing to eBay's existing users Increase GMV and Transactions through monitoring, reinforcing and rewarding consumer behaviour Build programs, campaigns and promotions that resonate with each customer segment to increase frequency and ASP of purchase on Build Attitudinal Loyalty V/s Behavioural LoyaltyExperience, Qualifications & Personal Characteristics required 7-9 years experience in CRM or in Consumer Marketing Strong analytical skills with experience in strategic business planning. High energy and enthusiasm; team player who works well under pressure Superior people and communication skills Quick learner and ability to scale to take on additional responsibilities MBA from top 5 business schools
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
