List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results) that must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above.* Major duties, functions and key responsibilities but not limited to are as followsLead a team of 20 to 30 employees working on Order Management, Data Management.Coordinate with the Sites/ Stakeholders for smooth achievement of the SLAs and any Adhoc activities received from time to timeActively manage, coach and appraise the performance of team members. Leads, motivates and develops a team to meet expected goals and timely deliverables as defined by Aerospace LT team.Ensure the team adheres to Eaton s values & philosophies , policies, defined processes and business practices and procedures.Leads the daily/weekly status meeting with site CSRs/SPOC s to understand work load and allocate resources to support activities. Provide assignments to team members to manage and clearly communicate expected results to maintain sustainable performance.Facilitates formulation and communication of action plans to address solutions and inform team and customers of opportunities for improvement.Gather information from the Aerospace Divisions pertaining to additional areas of support where the Pune teams services can be utilized for Identified transition projects and assignments.Analyze and create a process map of the core competencies needed, training required, and finally implement the transfer of workload.Work on daily/weekly metrics to evaluate team performance and ensure the team meet the expected utilization levels. Additionally ensure there appropriate backup planning on each task to manage absenteeism and ContingenciesCoach and develop team members for building Organizational capability and create the second in line leadership team ready to take higher responsibilitiesDrives initiatives on process and business improvement for to set new benchmarks of success for the team.Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)*Any Graduate/Post Graduate, Degree in Business Administration/Operations Management preferredHas understanding of the Performance Management and Job Allocation techniquesDemonstrates Collaborative Style of Leadership and cross-cultural collaborationStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExposure to managing business transitions and effective knowledge transfers.Exposure to TQM Techniques e.g 5S, Kaizen, Lean.Possesses excellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to identify underlying opportunities and build on lasting solutionsAbility to work in pressure and demanding work cultureComfortable with facilitating, managing and driving change
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 3-8
