Essential Position Functions Develop content and assessments that meet accepted pedagogical practices Provide supervision, direction and leadership to subject matter experts, and curriculum specialists Review course and content data; make recommendations regarding revisions; research new and innovative curriculum practices to incorporate into new and revised courses; recommend new projects to be developed Maintain upto date information about curricular trends and standards by maintaining professional memberships, attending conferences, Prepare presentations as needed to educate others in the organization regarding new curricular trends Evaluate existing standard operating procedures and implement changes as required; Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of organizational planning(These essential functions are not to be construed as a complete statement of all duties performed.Employees will be required to perform other job related duties as required.)Minimum RequirementsEducation/Certification Bachelor s degree in education, or equivalent education Master s degree, preferredExperience Experience in curriculum development Three years management experienceKnowledge, abilities and skills Knowledge of pedagogy and curriculum development and design Strong interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills Knowledge of instructional reading strategies, online instructional design theories, and learningstyle theories Knowledge of training best practices and curriculum design principles Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
