This candidate should have an experience of 5-8 yrs. in the HR Generalist function. Will be responsible to manage entire gamut of HR activities as per organizational needs.The incumbent will be responsible for the following activitiesResponsible for Recruitments Prepare job specifications and descriptions for the requirements, scheduling of interviews, assessments, offers and appointment letters and necessary records. Able to leverage online portals for sourcing talentInduction & OrientationDissemination of organization processes, policies to new incumbentEnsure proper orientation of new person, introduction to groups and functions through a structured programTraining & Development Identify training needs and analysis of functional and developmental competenciesConceptualize and devise training strategy and employee development plan across levelsCommunicate and create a knowledge sharing platform for cross functional exposure and knowledgePerformance appraisalsShould have experience in handling appraisals and assessmentsKRA setting and outcome focusedEmployee engagement Organize activities and events for individual and team celebrations. Track reward and recognition through effective use of available methodologies and suggesting creative and new activities.HR Policies and best practicesGood understanding of various policies and processesDocumentation and record keeping, well versed with Microsoft power point, excel and word, be able to generate relevant data and reportsSupport, strengthen the HR function by knowledge of relevant laws, policies and HR management software toolKnowledge, Skills, Qualifications and ExperienceAn MBA degree in HR management preferablyExperience in an IT-BPM company would be an added advantageEffective verbal and written communication and analytic skillsAware of practical application and implementation of HR theories and management practicesGood working skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially power point and excelBe a self-starter with lots of energy, initiative and curiosityUnderstands the confidentiality of the function
