Job DescriptionThe position will be part of SEL Academic team and provide support to all its schools. It is accountable for research and documentation of intellectual property and for planning and implementation training to the schools staff. It provides support to AVP (Operations) for completion of all domain related deliverable.This profile includes travelling to various SEL schools (all over India and abroad)-Research and documentation of curriculum for various projects-Manage timelines for all resources involved in design of curriculum-Coordinate with the quality checking resources to ensure that the curriculum is in line with the expectation -Research, preparation and conducting the programmes for staff of SEL schools-Ensure documentation of the required policies for SEL in line with the services offered as per design brief.-Ensure customization and implementation of the policies in line with the requirements for each project -Provide support in design and implementation of new consultancy projects-Ensure training for resources to meet the parameters-Analyse and report the gaps in the system with respect to quality parameters- Supporting AVP (Operations) in other assignments as may beassigned from time to time- Coordinate , attend and contribute to the meetings related to SEL Schools- Contribute in the Strategic Planning process Pedagogy-Strong understanding of best practices in either primary or senior (or both) K- 12 education-Clear understanding of pedagogic language and structure-Able to define pedagogy and create pedagogy based on researchKnowledge Management-Research, collation and customization of data for a variety of K-12 education based deliverable-Documentation of processes, and acquiring data to systematically support documentationCommunication Skills-Effective and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) that are modified to suit different audience groups-Presentation capabilities, both ICT and non ICT based-Effective listening, to be able to gather feedback and collate-Experience and expertise in trainingInnovation and Analysis-Developing solutions based on available data to suit various requirements-Enabling others to develop solutions based on their understanding of their needs-Evaluation of data based on customized criteriaProject Management-Breaking down deliverable into multiple activities-Creating activity schedules and maintaining them-Reporting and monitoring (whichever is required)Initiative-Managing deliverable without any supervision and follow up-Taking responsibility of the situation and driving tasks, projects-Constantly following up with other team members to get the job done*Kindly note the candidate should have experience in teaching accountancy & economics in schools and should be open for travelling various schools across country and abroad.
