Job Details

Conduct investigations for Chennai site in close collaboration with the Head of EREnd to end management of cases as needed with periodic reporting and presenting of findingsDocumentation of cases and preparation of reports/statisticsAnalyzing case trends and providing recommendations/solutionsDevelopment and facilitation of ER skills training and creating awareness within the site on mitigating ER issuesReview and development of HR policiesCandidate DescriptionDemonstrated working knowledge in handling employee relations issuesStrong knowledge of labour laws including Employees' Provident Fund, ESI, Payment of Gratuity Act, Employees' Compensation Act, Factories Act, Shops & Commercial Establishment ActAbility to work with various senior stakeholders in HR and businessDocumentation of cases and preparation of reports/statisticsBehavioral AttributesExcellent problem solving skillsAbility to handle difficult situationsExcellent communication skills at various levels within the organizationStrong investigative skillsAbility to manage multiple complex prioritiesQualifications MBA with specialization in HR10 - 13 years of experience in HR with at least 5 years in employee relations
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
