Manage Finance Performance Improvement engagements, which involve looking at a companys internal finance and accounting processes and advising on solutions around creating efficient process or improving existing processesUnderstanding the business drivers that shape the role of the Clients finance function and help in the development and implementation of Finance functions / processes improvements in areas like Accounts * Payable; Accounts receivable, credit and collections; Enterprise consolidation; Financial Statement Close; Treasury and Cash Management; Working Capital; General Accounting; Fixed assets; Payroll and any others areas desired by the clientManage client relationships at C-level, including the identification and pursuit of new business opportunitiesTake the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for the analysisDevelop, structure and offer innovative services around Finance Process ImprovementManage, coach and develop talent, conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for team membersBuild strong internal relationships within Advisory and across other servicesIdentify critical technological requirements for the financial processesBuild compelling written findings and present opinions to a challenging client peer groupRepresent the firm in leading national and international conferences / forums on Finance transformation issues and trendsHelp to build a profitable practice around the Finance services mentioned above and establish the firms image nationally in the realm of high end Finance AdviseDesired Candidate ProfileB Tech / BE / ME / M.Tech / MBA/ CA with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a big 4 or equivalent consulting organizationExperience in providing advisory services in the areas of Financial Closure or Consolidations or GeneralERP technology implementation in the Finance functionShould have an entrepreneurial thinking and helping to build up the firms growing Finance Transformation PracticeShould be able to assess the market and to sell mid- and large Finance Transformation engagements for large enterprises in India (sales and market competence)Engagement leadership experience including managing staff, providing regular status updates, and monitoring project economicsA forward thinker and self motivator that thrive on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledgeAn ability to manage a team of junior consulting professionalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA strong work ethicWillingness to travel to meet client needs; willingness and ability to travel internationally
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant) | MBA/ PGDM | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 5-8
