Job Details

Support the global co-ordination, consolidation and presentation of Liquidity Solutions financial information. Partnering with business and finance colleagues representing Liquidity Solutions (LS), to ensure accurate financial analysis and reporting to senior managementWork with globalCFOs on finance deliverables and ensure these deliverables are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Need to understand what it was they were producing, the reasons behind it and ensure that the integrity of the data is sound this should ideally lead to appropriate functional expertise in the LS spaceLeverage tools to design / deliver and improve existing reporting to deliver new value add inputsPartner with Product Finance /CFOs to ensure new demands can be metEnsure adequate coverage model is in place to ensure seamless output at all timesHelp support Product Finance / CFOs by through highlighting of key variances within all reporting and where possible, analyze reasons for the sameHelp to support expense and headcount managementDevelop accurate Sales tracking reports for use by the wider LS audienceSupport development and maintenance of the criticalEMRs for each regionHelp maintain key LS databases and produce ongoing reports off the back of themManage and mentor junior talent to help develop a robust / resilient and fully functional finance teamDesired Candidate ProfileChartered Accountant with 4 5 years of overall post qualification experience with at least 2-3 years of relevant FP&A experienceProven track record of designing and providing value add decision support and business performance analysis (e.g., driver and activity based analysis, profitability studies, business case reviews, zero based budgeting, modelling and forecasting etc)Analytical mindset, structured approach with project management/process orientationCommercially aware, proactive self-starter, results driven and solution orientedHands on multi-tasker, self directed, capable of working independently and as part of the teamExcellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skillsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills a prerequisite
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant) | MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
