The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will be an integral part of the finance and report to the Senior Director of FP&A. The FP&A Manager will assist with the preparation of internal financial reports, Board of Directors materials, monthly financial analysis materials, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization.Additional responsibilities can include, preparing reports and materials for leadership meetings, coordinating with client presentations, and providing general support to the CFOs office, as needed. The position may also have supervisory responsibility. Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to digest complex information and formulate recommendations.Help lead and execute month-end and quarter-end P&L analysis and forecast consolidation for departments of responsibilityCraft and manage Essbase SubmissionsWork with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting outputManage Headcount reportingEngage with planning leads in business in India and USLiason with operations business PMO, Help in key metrics tracking and reportingHelp drive key insights and analyticsExecute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiativesExecute continuous process improvementAssist in developing finance and business presentations; related supporting materials.Manage Monthly Allocation of Shared service functionsLarge data handling, validation and working across multiple Finance and Business groupsPreparing storyboards with insights using trending and charting techniquesSpecial projects, initiatives, or priorities.Candidate DescriptionSolid understanding of accounting and finance principlesDemonstrated success in financial modeling and analysisExperience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, capital budgeting, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processesHigh degree of proficiency with Excel, MS Access and PowerPointStrong project management skillsBehavioral AttributesSuperior analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong business partnering and interpersonal skillsOrganized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditionsAbility to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous prioritiesHigh energy, high ownership of work product and dedication and commitment to driving results
