Accountable for timely delivery of customer deliverablesMonitor secured stationary stock at all branches maintain buffer for smooth functioning Maintain cordial relationship with vendors & service providers Quality & timely deliveryMonitor undelivered items and track them to closure Publish MIS on deliverables indented vs processed vs DeliveredPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES BusinessEnsure Quality of Welcome Kit is as per the standards Adhere to Service Level Agreements with Vendors & BusinessReview invoices submitted by vendor for accuracy and escalate to supervisor in case of discrepancy Conduct periodic reviews of Unit cost to keep cost within budgetSuggest suitable system changes and process improvements in line with the strategic goals of Ujjivan CustomerHandle escalated complaints; ensure resolution within timelines Track top repeated grievances and plan improvements to reduce recurrenceGuarantee customer confidentiality and adhere to code of conduct as per regulation Manage quality of empaneled vendors for procurement of secured stationaryInternal Process Adhere to Process and Regulatory Compliance on Card IssuanceConduct periodic reviews with vendors for adherence to SLAs Impose penalties for instances of negligence and delaysUpdate inventory/details of secured stationary as per business and compliance requirement Accountable for availability of secured stationary at branches; monitor record of destruction of secured stationaryEnforce safe custody of Security Stationery at Regional office Timely Response to Audit or Risk OfficialsLearning & Performance Guide team to handle complaints related to issuance of cards, cheque books and internet bankingProvide cross functional training to create backups and growth opportunity Ensure half yearly refresher training to TeamRegular One to One meeting with Team members Timely feedback for Under PerformerRole Requirements Desired QualificationGraduate in any discipline Desired Experience 6-8 years of experience in banking operations, out of which 2 -3 years recent experience in Fulfillment unit of a large bankFUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (Knowledge and skills needed for satisfactory performance of the job)Knowledge of banking operations Accounting knowledgeWell versed in Microsoft excel Vendor ManagementKnowledge of compliance requirements BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIESSystem and process orientation Compliance orientationTimely Response Attention to QualityPeople Management
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant)
