Manage Human Resource administrative areas ranging from policy compliance by employees to travel, accommodation, vendor management, contract administration, HIRS, inventory management, security and safety of assets as well as personnel and adherence to legal requirements.Maintain the Personnel records of all employeesMonitor attendance and manage the leave records of all employeesProvide prompt and efficient services to internal customersWork on the execution of the business unit hiring plans and successful completion of class hiresResponsible for ensuring facilities management, including utility operation and maintenance, for all officesEnsure healthy and hygienic operation of canteen / cafeteria through identified vendor / contractorAnalyzing the need, developing and executing the support systems and putting in place required systems for services like security, safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, pantry operations, reprographics, office stationery and parking managementInitiate disciplinary procedure as and when required.Preparation of Salary, Maintain of PF andESI Records & Leave Register .Monitoring housekeeping, general administration and security & time office activitiesLiaison with government authorities for smooth and seamless compliance with required statutory and legal requirementsPreparation of requiredMIS reports to management as per prescribed timelines and updating Master File on daily basis and generate Daily/Weekly/Monthly ReportsDesired Candidate ProfileMBAwith 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR AdministrationShould manage the function with requisite amount of discipline and empowermentGreat team player and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization environmentFamiliarity and ability to apply employment laws on a city, state and country levelShould have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organizational skillsGood negotiation skillsTarget oriented and focusedAbility to work in a high-pressure environmentSystematic in approach and Multi-tasking
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
