Job Details

Recruitment Manpower planning. Sourcing candidates. Planning and conduct of interviews as part of the recruitment and selection processes. Salary negotiation with selected employees. Issuing offer letter, appointment letter to regular and FTC.Induction Carry out induction of new recruits. Identifying training needs for all categories of employees. Planning and coordinating training sessions. Maintaining record of all training sessions conducted. Collecting feedback on training and responding to the feedback. Identifying external trainers and negotiating fees.Internal Job Posting Coordinating with client for approvals on training hall and other arrangement. Support operations in conducting technical training.Statutory Compliances Ensure statutory compliance by conduct of quarterly audits of all registers at site. Enrolling employees under PF and ESI within 10 days from the date of joining. Management and evaluation of performance of subcontractors. Monitoring and follow up of legal cases. Labour license renewal and half yearly returns for both Sodexo and subcontractors.Liaise with following Clients regarding SOPs and observations conveyed by the clients. Labour department for labour license and renewals and other matters. With PF and ESI consultant for ensuring timely action on employees PF, ESI, bonus.MIS Coordinating GR tracker report. Monthly HR report.General Administration All day to day HR and administrative matters in accordance with the companys procedure. Ensuring grooming and discipline of employees. Should handle customer relations. Conducting monthly employees interactive forum. Generate reports for internal and clients requirements. Initiate and implement cost saving measures and project to the client and central office. Facilitating exit interviews. Ordering and ensuring timely supply of uniforms to employees. Counseling and conducting employee interactive training session for positive discipline. Monitoring and inspection of accommodation periodically. Conducting HR scoping for new sites. Conducting accommodation audits. Addressing HR related grievances of employees. Any other task or project assigned my management from time to time.
