Job Details

Provide support to the business functions in all aspects of HR right from recruitment to exit Staffing Recruitment and selection of right associates at the right time in the right place Facilitating harmonious employee relations in the field. Formulation of policies for field associates which are tailor made. Employee Relations Maintaining coordinal relations with union and sign productivity linked agreement. Handling sensitive disciplinary related issues in the field keeping Code of Conduct guide lines. Performance Management Administrating annual performance review to the Managers. Signing performance linked settlement with the Union. Learning & Development to Prepare the TNI for all associates in Commercial Operations and to co-ordinate with the Central HR team to provide training programs as per the identified TNI s Adherence to Company level HR controls and compliances. HR MIS maintenance to update and keep a record of the HR MIS which are shared with APAC as well as Country HeadKey Performance Indicators Manpower is maintained at the budgeted level Arriving at a Wage Settlement as per the budgeted amount. Weighted average distribution to be within the Kitty Reduction in field grievances Reduction in decision making time. Reduction in the attrition rate.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
