Offer key people centric insights and complete end-to-end HR processes.Analytics & Dashboards Provide qualitative updates in dashboards People Processes, Compliance Facilitate training sessions on people processes and policies for associates and Managers; facilitate HR sessions in NEO; facilitate calibration processes; conduct interviews for critical roles and provide offer approvals for all roles; take ownership for people process compliance for own function; conduct investigation and draft reports for BPO cases allocated Employee Relations Follow the disciplinary process framework to advise business leaders and act on nBPO cases; educate associates and Managers on acceptable and undesirable behaviors Manager Capability Building Lead facilitation of capability building sessions for people managers - people process trainings, policy awareness sessions, change management discussions on org/policy/process changes, New Leader Assimilations; coach/mentor people managers ; act as an advisor to Managers on people issues Customer Engagement Participate in review meetings with leaders and people managers for own function; participate in all Global HRBP calls for own function and cascade inputs as required CoE Collaboration Participate in weekly reviews with Hiring to track progress, identify challenges and drive corrective actions; support in sourcing/offer ; consult TMOD on OD initiatives and talent management processes; consult Learning for customized offerings; consult C&B for issues w.r.t. offer approvals and GJFA endorse-ments; provide inputs to respective CoEs on policy improvements Strategy & Business Consulting Provide inputs for HR strategy formulation execute HR strategy; provide inputs as required to leaders Employee Engagement & Culture Lead facilitation of Focus Group Discussions on engagement and culture; present outcomes of GES and other engagement surveys to leaders and co-create action plans; track implementation regularly and initiate corrective actions Org Design & Change Management Support HR and business leaders in execution of change management plans; gather feedback from associates and Managers and present to leaders Coaching and Succession Planning Facilitate Talking Talent sessions and update OTR decks with inputs on successors; ensure development plans for successors and key talent are executed HR Projects and Initiatives Participate as a core project team member in 1-2 HR projects every year; present outcomes to HRLT and act on inputs; review project implementation effectiveness.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
