Candidate will be responsible for managing end to end HR processes Lead, Plan and execute recruitments at all levelsResponsible to handle contract labours and laws according to the company policiesManage the statutory compliances for the contract and on roll employeesIdentify relevant training programs and training agencies according to the training need analysis Candidates will provide support to implement new HR programs and activitiesCandidates will also be responsible for comp & ben, HR policies, other generalist activities or any adhoc responsibilities. Desired ProfileShould be a graduate or post graduate with 6+ Years of experience in maintaining contract labours, handling recruitments, grievances and managing compliances.Proficient in Excel, Power point with ability to manage MIS and reportingStrong organization skills - ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, etcStrong Written and Verbal Communication skillsPreferred candidates from Food & Beverages, Restaurants, FMCG Industries with good working experience with Labours Laws and compliances Multitasker and able to manage any ad hoc tasksDesire to learn and develop.Capable of handling high pressure situations.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
