Ensure that the Goal Setting, Appraisal process and Compensation & Benefit structure of all employees are as per the organization policy bring in clarity on the policy and procedures.KRAs Corporate HR Policies Review existing policies and align them with Organization strategyCreate new policies as per requirement and evolving trends in alignment with Organization strategy, HR Vision and strategyBenchmark policies with industry to ensure 'Best in class' policies are implementedBe the custodian of all employee related policies for the OrganizationCommunicate & clarify policy related issues/ grievances to employeesTelugu,Hindi,English Language Must.Handling unions in plantPerformance Management Clearly communicate and cascade the PMS philosophy to all line managers and employeesDraw up Performance Management Process calendar as approved by managementExecute goal setting process, midyear appraisal & end year appraisal process for all eligible employeesPut in place a communication plan for completion of the entire PMS processCompensation & Benefits Create compensation structures for employees based on the framework (Variable pay at higher levels etc.)Benchmark current compensation with industry to ensure market competitiveness in order to attract and retain right talentPerform parity analysis to ensure internal equity is maintainedProvide compensation related guidelines to Talent Acquisition teams (Hiring Grid etc.) and support in offer preparation (Compensation)
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
