Implement the human resources policy of the Company in line with the companys global human resources policyEnsure correct operation of human resources policy within the areas of training & development, recruitment & talent acquisition, HR administration, compensation & benefits and HR communication related activities in the Company HR Statutory ComplianceEnsure compliance of all human resource activities in the company with all Indian Government employment legislation including Provident Fund,ESIS and othersEnsure compliance to the companys global human resources practices & policy with respect to employee safety, welfare, wellness and health Manpower PlanningSuggest organisation improvements and ensure coordination of their implementationUnderstand business needs, finalise reporting structure, identify vacancies & update the Job DescriptionsRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionActively manage the recruitment and selection processEnsure best practices in hiring including aptitude, knowledge & skill testing as well as background verification of all prospective employees PayrollManage attendance and leave records & ensure the processing of payroll on timeEnsure payroll compliant with all legal requirements as well as with the companys global standards of control and execution. Training and DevelopmentIdentify training needs and ensure the creation and execution of effective training & development programsManage and monitor the training budget of the companyPerformance AppraisalsEnsure the timely implementation of the periodic and annual appraisal processManage the execution of performance appraisal rounds and their follow upsEmployee Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational mattersDesign & facilitate HR processes & also benchmark with the best practices across the industry Desired Candidate ProfileMBAHR with 7 to 10 years of experience in HR / Human ResourceSolid expertise in HR functional areas including performance management, staffing, training, compensation and benefitsDemonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment.Able to provide insights and recommendation on peopleShould be ethical and empatheticGreat team player and ability to work effectively in a global / multinational business environmentStrong written and oral communication essentialStrong at planning and multi-tasking
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
