As a Manager Inside Sales, US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management your responsibilities include the following*Taking ownership for entire sales lifecycle from Leads to Closure i.e. Cold-call to generate leads resulting in successful pipeline, prepare presentations & perform web-based product demonstrations, conduct outbound phone and email activities, remotely negotiate and close business to ensure that Sales Targets are achieved.Meet the sales targets in the defined market and business segments through New Client AcquisitionDesired Candidate Profile4 to 9 years of inside sales experience out of which 3 years of experience in the recent years in Sales to US MarketsProfessional, confident, hunter & closer personality, with a proven ability to cold call and close new businessStrong negotiation, telephone, PC, and closing skillsMust be a consistent over-quota achiever, with proven track recordMust bring solid sales skills opportunity creation, negotiation and closure, objection handling, etc. and familiarity in managing Sales funnel and pipelineMust have the stature and confidence to interact directly with Doctors, Physician Clinics, and Patient Care Clinics to build trust and confidenceHands on Sales experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management / Medical Billing preferredKnowledge of US Healthcare / Medical Billing Markets a definite advantageWorking as per US TimingsIdentify new business development opportunities for the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Practice, ensuring a healthy pipeline / funnel of prospectsEnsure the continued development of the client base by actively managing the expansion into new segments and marketsEnsure that regular and relevant communication is made with potential clients across each of the markets in which the Company provides its products and servicesCoordinate with marketing resources for campaigns, events and collaterals to support sales activities and plansTimely and accurate sales activity reporting and forecastingWillingness to travel if needed to generate business.Working as per US Timings
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
